I belive finish the Event Packets

Change in the method EventPackets in dsc and gseos and create method PacketEvents en FHKfile

Lack to test it with gseos archives.

Purifying, I believe that the problem is in the translation of the size

without advances

create new class fhkeventiterator for "iterar" events. and change the class fhkpacketdescriptor and dscfile .
